Man... These stir frys are so easy. It's so good. It's all in the seasoning!

Just throw in any veggies! This is my third stir fry in a row. I'm loving eggs right now

Last week was tough for me.
Not sure if it was the detoxing, my body getting used to super healthy foods, or maybe I was not eating enough. I just didnt have a lot of energy and had major brain fog.

Today is the start of week 2. 
Im feeling good.

I wanted to share with you this protein powder. Vital Whey. Its very high quality. Non pasteurized... and OMG.. it tastes good, not gritty.

I make mine with just spinach, a few strawberries, chia seeds, and almond milk.
Im sure it would taste soooo good with a banana too, but I cant have any :(.

Sooo...to avoid cooking everyday we have planned to make 2 days plus 1 day of lunch worth of food :-) here what was on today's menu.

How I feel after 3 days....chill I need simple snack / lunch ideas!! Please help....

Why join a group? To motivate one another and keep yourself honest.
How do we do that? Put our commitments in writing.

I'm sure most of you have already shared yours with Trisha, but I wanted to get everyone's help.

At a high level, here are my goals. Will explain more at bottom if you'd like some reading material =)

1.) Eat and Track 'Paleo' Food and Keep Calorie Intake Below 2000
2.) FAST and Eat Between a 4Hour Window (5p-9p)
3.) Attend the Gym at Least 3 Times a Week
4.) During none-gym days, Run following a 1/2 Marathon plan

I'll be verifying my results via Ab Definition and Fat Lbs loss.

So, some of these might be weird but I'm not new to any of them.
However, they all have one thing in common... I eventually fail ;/

Well, I was going to explain more with details and my tools I use, but ran out of time.
Stay tuned and Happy Day 2.5! We're 6% there!!!!!

Yes, you read the title correctly ....we had ranch dressing for dinner tonight. Compliments to Chef CJ for having the patient to make mayo and remix it to make ranch!

It was mm Mmm good ; left overs mañana!

Have mostly cleaned out my refrigerator and cabinets of the evil items :-) Went to Whole Foods and Farmer Market to get items for next couple of days. Here's a pic of the cut veggies for the next few days.

Hey guys. This is the first email to the blog! Yippie!

In preparation for the Paleo challenge, let's get the kitchen cleaned out!
Out with the bad, in with the good, healthy, energizing, healing FOOOOD!

Clean the fridge out! 
Clean the freezer out!
Clean the pantry out!
Throw out that white bread, those cookies, all them chocolates (except the dark chocolates).
