Last week was tough for me.
Not sure if it was the detoxing, my body getting used to super healthy foods, or maybe I was not eating enough. I just didnt have a lot of energy and had major brain fog.
Today is the start of week 2.
Im feeling good.
I wanted to share with you this protein powder. Vital Whey. Its very high quality. Non pasteurized... and OMG.. it tastes good, not gritty.
I make mine with just spinach, a few strawberries, chia seeds, and almond milk.
Im sure it would taste soooo good with a banana too, but I cant have any :(.
